We’re excited to share another milestone in the journey toward opening Heartwood Place Assisted Living!
The windows are all in, 90% of the framing is complete, and the roof is framed and ready for its next big step. 🏗️ This week, shingles are going up, with the roof expected to be completed by September 16!
Every week, we can see our future community becoming more and more real—and we can’t wait to welcome residents, families, and friends through the doors in early 2027. 💚
The Heartwood Place family is growing, and we’re so excited to build this future together! 🌿🏡

The foundation is in. The building is being framed and trusses are going up. Windows and doors are on site and getting ready to be installed. The building continues to be on schedule to be completed by the end of 2026. We are getting excited, Woodburn! ...
